EULA - End User License Agreement

Subsequent to acceptance of the stipulations and conditions stated below, you shall receive a license to use the enclosed demo version of the software program ProjectFuture PC version 2.0 or higher by Concilio B.V. with its principal place of business at Papsouwselaan 111, 2624 AJ, Delft, the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as CONCILIO).

This concerns an evaluation version of the software program ProjectFuture PC version 2.0 or higher by CONCILIO (hereinafter referred to as: the Demo) that is able to support the risk management process in projects. It helps to identify, record and analyze project risks and to take action to optimize them in a project.

1. Supplementary to this contract, the FENIT conditions version 2003 (available via http://www.projectfuture.net/uk/legal-notices/fenit) apply in the case of this agreement. The following stipulations shall prevail if and to the extent that the contents of the FENIT conditions deviate from this contract.

2. CONCILIO grants you (licensee) a non-exclusive license for free use of the Demo for a period of thirty working days. The Demo is deemed as being in use if it is loaded in RAM memory or has been installed on a hard disk or other form of storage media. Concilio may extend the trial period of the Demo upon request.

3. It is solely permitted to issue third parties with free copies of the Demo that have yet to be installed.

4. The demo functions under the following computer configuration:
- Windows® 95, 98, 98SE, NT 4.0, ME, 2000, XP or Vista
- Screen resolution 1024*768 pixels or higher
- 16 bit color (65536 colors) or higher
- Java Runtime Environment version 1.5 or higher

5. In view of the fact that this only concerns an evaluation version, the Demo itself does not contain the full functionality and information that the full version of ProjectFuture PC version 2.0 or higher offers. You must conclude a separate license agreement for the full version and a license fee has to be paid.

6. It is not permitted to change or modify the Demo or to license it to third parties. You may not carry out reverse-assembling, reverse-compiling, conversion or any other form of modification to the demo.

7. The user rights of the licensee will legally cease to be valid sooner than after thirty working days if you contravene any of the conditions of this agreement, including the FENIT conditions 2003. In the case of termination, you shall destroy all original and copied versions of the Demo, as well as any related documentation. Furthermore, CONCILIO has the right to recover from you any damages that it has consequently suffered or is yet to suffer.

8. The Demo was developed by Concilio B.V. in Delft (the Netherlands).

9. Before pressing "I accept", you are requested to once more read through and check the information mentioned above. Clicking on " I accept" means that you agree to the above mentioned, including the applicability of the FENIT conditions 2003, and that you confirm that you have had the opportunity to download and/or print both of these.
